International Builders' Show, Conference Promotion
The International Builders' Show is the largest show of its kind, attracting thousands of building professionals each year. In the midst of such a large show, it's necessary to do something unique to attract the right people to your booth. In 2008 and 2009 we worked with NCFI to build anticipation for the show among their target audiences with a pre-show direct mail piece that promised a reward at the show for those who visited the booth. In both cases the promotion resulted in a substantial number of new leads for the company.
The 2008 promotion played off the fact that the show was held over Valentine's Day. It used a love motif to tout the benefits of NCFI spray foam. It also included a sweepstakes entry that the recipient was asked to bring to the booth.
The 2009 promotion used the show's location, Las Vegas, as the theme. The post card had a punch out "poker chip" that the recipient could bring to the booth to receive a free flash drive (that also contained a presentation about the benefits of NCFI spray foam products).
